# Dean Smokey's Atlas of Unpaid Megastructures

**Satirical framing:** Ridgemont Provost **Dean Smokey Hashbrook** maintains the *Atlas Omnibus* — a dry-run cartography of every gateway, chain, academy, and compliance matrix the operator built while accounts payable remained on permanent beach week.

## Safety

- Scanner **does not** move, copy, delete, or launch services.
- Do **not** run destructive follow-on scripts without explicit operator approval.
- Secret filenames are flagged (`secret_warning`) but **never** exported to Ridgemont content.
